- TITLE:
COMPANION
Must be eighteen years of age or older
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact
with clients, families, and GAHA staff
• Ability to read and write at the eighth grade
level
• Current driver’s license, proof of automobiles
insurance and daily availability of a vehicle for
business use
• Visual and hearing capabilities functioning at a
level sufficient to provide for the care of clients
• The Companion must be flexible, dependable and
patient.
• The Companion must be sensitive to the needs of
the elderly/disabled

HOME HEALTH AIDE
RESPONSIBLE TO: RN SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBLE FOR: The Home Health Aide is responsible
for performing tasks and providing care to assigned
clients. All care is provided in accordance with
Greater Adirondack Home Aides policies and
procedures.
